Is it OK to clean windows in the rain?
Yes. When we clean your windows we use purified and heated water which is stripped from all the minerals you find in ordinary tap water. This allows our purified water to dry on the window without leaving any marks. The rainwater has the same properties as our purified water, it will dry without leaving any marks.
What info do you need for Quotes / Estimates ?
To provide an accurate quote or estimate we need to see the property personally, online or by sending us pictures. Therefore we need your address and contact number to notify you before our arrival.
*No Address = No Quote.
Can I have Just a One Off Clean ?
Yes, we do one off window cleans too.
For your first / one off clean only there is a one off charge to cover the additional time taken on the initial clean, where heavy growth has appeared due to disregard.
But also be mindful that We operate a professional full time service and to put aside the old way of thinking that window cleaners do so for a beer or biscuits money!
Payments - How Do I Pay ?
We only accept Direct Debit for regular monthly cleans, No cash payments.
Cash Payments for first cleans and other services from our menu.
